Drug Info and Medicine Refill Info
It is our policy to not prescribe new medications over the telephone. Requests for refills of long-term medications may be handled over the telephone as long as you have been seen in our office within the past twelve months. For best results in requesting a refill:
• Requests for routine medicine refills can be made only during office hours
(8 a.m.-5 p.m. M-F).
• Try to call as early in the day as possible.
• Requests for routine refills called in after 12:00 noon may be called in the next day.
• Request for non-routine medications may require additional time to process. After hours, the physician on call will be able to assist you.
